Culinary Training Program for Adults
We believe that tackling the immediate problem of hunger is only half the battle. The Culinary Training Program is a 10-week course that prepares men and women for a career as a culinary professional. We address the root causes of hunger by offering a constructive solution to unemployment in our community. The daily food preparations at our facility provide an ideal environment for teaching basic level culinary skills. The program not only teaches these skills; it provides the environment for preparing the meals we serve. The program will be a ten week course, eight hours a day, at no cost to the student.
